Commissioned to write music for the Lancashire Sinfonietta Education Project Carnival due for release in January 2008. Project will conclude in a finale involving 2,000 children, Chamber Orchestra and an African Rhythm ensemble in March 2008

The Good News? - New work for clarinet duo completed for the BLT
and the bad? - "Bowling for Doreen" production company "Walton Productions" have ceased production on 'Lollop and Tumble' TV pilot due to lack of funding. The characters will now be used for educational animation workshops.

Brand new concert work 'Tal-y-llyn' written for the 'Brett Collection' whilst down in North Wales over Easter. Work will receive its premiere at the ensembles fourth performance as part of Burnley St. Peter's Lunchtime Recital Series on the 21st April. The piece celebrates the life of Mary Jones, the 16 year old daughter of a Welsh weaver who walked barefoot for over 25 miles from Llanfihangel to Bala to buy the Bible she had saved for, for six long years.

New concert commission for exciting new ensemble "BLT" now completed. The work, entitled 'Terra Statua' is for clarinet duo and piano, and will be premiered amongst an eclectic program as part of Burnley St. Peter's Concert Series. "Preparations" and "The Minature Train" from "5 Holiday Sketches for Bassoon and Piano" will also be premiered at the concert.
